Bidder Registration

By registering to bid, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Conditions of Business for Buyers and Sellers of the Munich Wine Company by confirming via the 'Accept Terms' button. Registration as a bidder for the wine auction is completed through email verification based on the information you have provided. Please remember to select your preferred method of wine collection on the registration form.

The personal information which you give upon registration is only used for our wine auction, and will be handled confidentially. Your data will not be made available to any third parties.

Bids for the Online Wine Auction

You can place your bids through your active customer account during the specified period of each online wine auction. After logging in, a personal profile is available to you where you can view an overview of your bid.

Bids are placed via a pop-up window. Bids up to €95 increase in €5 increments, from €100 in €10 increments, from €500 in €20 increments, and from €1,000 in €50 increments. The bid you enter is considered your maximum bid. The purchase will be executed at the lowest possible price, meaning the final bid may be lower than your maximum bid.

Buyer’s Premium

A buyer’s premium of 15% and a lot fee of €5 per successfully won lot will be added to the hammer price, plus VAT per invoice and shipping. (Applies only if one or more lots are successfully won.)
