A _ Log File

We log your visit to our websites. The following data is processed: name of the respective accessed website, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system used by you, referrer URL (the previously visited website), your IP address, and the requesting provider. This is necessary to ensure the security of the website. We process the data based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. The log file is deleted after a period of seven days unless it is needed to investigate or prove specific violations of the law that have become known within the retention period.

As part of the hosting service, all data processed in connection with the operation of this website is stored. This is necessary to enable the operation of the website. We process the data based on our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. To provide our online presence, we use services from web hosting providers to whom we transmit the aforementioned data.

C _ Contact

When you contact us, your data (name, contact details, if provided by you) and your message will be processed solely for the purpose of processing and handling your inquiry. We process this data based on Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR or Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR for the purpose of processing your request.

D _ Flaschenpost and current Auction Date

To regularly provide you with information about the current auction dates of the Munich Wine Company, we offer the option to subscribe to our Flaschenpost. By signing up for the Flaschenpost, we process the data you provided (email address and any other voluntary information).

The transmission of the Flaschenpost through registration occurs based on your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR.

The registration for the Flaschenpost takes place via the so-called double opt-in procedure. To prevent misuse, we will send you an email after your registration, in which we ask you to confirm your registration. In order to document the registration process in accordance with legal requirements, your registration will be logged. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation timestamps as well as your IP address.

E _ User Account

By registering online for a user account, you consent to the storage of your master data (name, address, email address, phone number, bank details) as well as your usage data (username, password). This allows us to identify you as a customer and provides you with the ability to manage your orders. Your data will be processed based on your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR.

F _ Contract Processing

Regarding your bids and if we conduct auctions on your behalf, we process your data exclusively for the execution of the respective auction. The processing of data is carried out based on Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR for the performance of our contractual and pre-contractual obligations.

• We transmit your address data to the company responsible for delivery. If necessary for the contract execution, we additionally transmit your email address or telephone number to the delivery company for coordinating a delivery schedule (notification).
• We transmit your transaction data (name, order date, payment method, shipping and/or receipt date, amount and payee, possibly bank details or credit card information) to the payment service provider responsible for processing the payment.
• If the auction conducted is on behalf of a third party, we transmit your transaction data to the respective “auctioneer“ for contract processing.
• If you are the auctioneer yourself, we accordingly transmit your transaction data to the respective bidder who has won the bid.
